Cryogen free dilution refrigerator (ICECORE®)
Cryogen free dilution refrigerators (Registered trademark: ICECORE®) can provide extreme experimental environments for scientific research fields such as physics, materials science, high-energy physics, and astronomical exploration, and can also provide necessary ultra-low temperature environments for popular quantum computing fields.
Optimized silver powder sintering process combined with advanced silver heat exchanger welding process and optimized MC design, the base temperature of the ICECORE-400 is≤9mK, single core cooling capacity: ≥500uW@100mK, ≥14uW@20mK. Optional two cores (cooling capacity: ≥1mW@100mK, ≥28uW@20mK), multiple cores for higher cooling capacity.
All internal pipeline connections of ICECORE are made using hard welding technology to avoid the risk of low-temperature leakage caused by soft welding. The external pipeline connections of the gas handling system are sealed with metal surfaces to ensure long-term fault free continuous operation. The programmable gas handling system has the characteristics of simple operation, reliability, and high degree of automation.
High flexibility thermal connections combined with efficient mechanical thermal switches accelerate the pre -cooling of the whole system, allowing for direct condensation of He-3/He-4 mixtures without pressurization.
Split valve pulse tube refrigerator combined with cold head suspension vibration reduction technology ensures the nominal vibration level of ICECORE is less than 100nm.
ICECORE offers a variety of options, such as a compact tail design that matches superconducting magnet with room temperature bore, built-in single axis, dual axis, or three-axis superconducting magnets, customized MC cold plate sizes, split type ultra-low vibration ultra-high vacuum compatibility, and lower temperature (<6mK), etc.
