IceCore®Dry Dilution Refrigerator
IceCore® dry dilution refrigerator are capable of providing extreme experimental environments for scientific research in the fields of physics, materials science, high-energy physics, and astronomical exploration, and are more than capable of providing the necessary ultra-low temperature for the popular field of quantum computing.
IceCore® is characterized by high cooling capacity, low minimum temperature, low vibration levels, freedom from cryogenic leakage, ease of operation and a high degree of automation.
Optimized silver powder sintering process combined with advanced silver heat exchanger welding process, optimized MC design, minimum temperature ≤10mK (option: ≤6mK), available in a wide range of cooling capacity such as 300uW@100mK, 500uW@100mK and 700uW@100mK.
The internal cryogenic piping connections of IceCore® are all hard-welded to avoid the risk of cryogenic leakage that exists with soft welding. The external piping connections of the gas handling system are sealed with metal surfaces to ensure a long and trouble-free continuous operation, and the programmable gas handling system is characterized by simple operation, reliability and a high degree of automation.
The residual resistance ratio (RRR) of the highly flexible thermal connection made by a special process is above 250, which allows for efficient distribution of the cold volume from the cold head of the valve body separated PT cryocooler. IceCore® can condense directly without pressurizing the He-3/He-4 gas mixture during the initial cooling down, which not only simplifies the design of the gas handling system, but also reduces the vibration level of the dilution refrigerator significantly.
The valve body separated PT cryocooler combined with the cold head suspension vibration damping technology ensures that the IceCore® has a nominal vibration level of less than 100nm.
IceCore® offers a wide range of options such as a compact tail design matching the external room temperature bore superconducting magnets, built-in superconducting magnets, customized MC cold plate sizes, larger cooling capacity and lower temperature (<6mK), etc.
