Flexible liquid helium transfer line (Tcryo®)
Tcryo® is a new generation of ultra thermal insulation flexible liquid helium transfer line, typically equipped with built-in needle valve for controlling liquid helium flow, cryopump and ice filter, and utilizing ultra-insulated multi-layer insulation materials. It features lower outgassing rates, superior insulation performance, and optimized thermal insulation support design, resulting in reduced heat leakage, higher liquid helium transmission efficiency, and extended maintenance-free intervals. Depending on the application scenario, it is categorized into two types: continuous liquid helium transfer lines (Tcryo-NE) and high-throughput transfer lines (Tcryo-HT).
1. Continuous liquid helium transmission line (Tcryo-NE)
Continuous liquid helium transfer line (Tcryo-NE) enables the uninterrupted and low-flow transmission of liquid helium, making it the preferred choice for continuous flow cryogenic cryostats. In addition to its excellent thermal insulation performance, it features lightweight and flexible characteristics, resulting in lower torque applied to the continuous flow cryogenic cryostats, which significantly enhances its stability.
