Ultra-Precision Optical Microscopy Cryostat (CryoAce®)
Ultra-precision optical microscopy cryostat (registered trademark: CryoAce®) employs multi-stage anti-vibration technologies, including patented cold head suspension anti-vibration technique, combined with robust adiabatic support structure and high performance flexible thermal link, to reduce the vibration level of conventional cryocoolers to the nanometer scale. It offers four standard cold plate sizes with diameters of 5cm, 10cm, 15cm, and 20cm, achieving a nominal vibration level between 6nm and 12nm. The base temperature range is 2.4K to 3.2K (Note: vibration level, base temperature, and cold plate size are interrelated). Standard features include a top window, (and/or) side window and calibrated temperature sensor, with compatibility for one (or multiple) sets of nanopositioners and objectives. CryoAce serves as an ideal low-temperature platform for experiments involving single quantum dots, NV centers, single molecule, microscopic optics, cryogenic ion traps, cold atoms, neutral atoms, and optical clocks, etc.
CryoAce adopts a desktop design, eliminating the need for a special drilling anti-vibration optical table. Installation, movement, and transportation are very convenient, and it is easy to match with microscopes, commercial spectrometers, and self-built optical paths. Standard air-cooled helium compressor, eliminating the need for a Water-cooled chiller, small footprint, no need for three-phase power, low power consumption. In addition, the CryoAce is equipped with multiple cryopumps, which can ensure high vacuum characteristics for long-term operation without the need for an external vacuum pump to continuously evacuate.

Installation example
